A $300,000 Settlement was approved at the May 4th Council Meeting in Delran regarding claims that include 23 separate torts alledged against the Township. Some of those claims include extortion, abuse of power, unlawful taking, intentional infliction of emotional distress and over a dozen more that you can see in the resolution below. I can tell you one thing, this makes the Carli Party look like small potatoes.
